Prime Constructions

We are located at F 12 on the Main Road, right by Apna Bazar. Being so close to the market means it is always busy and loud around here. Prime Constructions has been based in this spot for a long while now. We handle a lot of the local building work and small repairs that come up in the area. Our office is mostly full of blueprints, some old hard hats, and stacks of invoices. It is a working office, not a showroom for people to look at. We do not have a big sales team to convince people of anything. Mostly, people just see the work we do on other houses or shops nearby and then they give us a call. Construction is a messy business, and we spend most of our time out on actual sites rather than sitting behind a desk. If you stop by and the shutter is down, we are probably out looking at a foundation or checking on some masonry somewhere else. We try to be fair with our prices because we live in this community too. It does not make sense to overcharge your neighbors. Sometimes projects get delayed because of the rain or materials not showing up on time, but that is just how it goes in this trade. We just keep pushing through until the job is finished. It is simple work, building things that stay up.
