We are tucked away at C-1839 in Sushant Lok Phase I in Gurgaon. This part of the city is always growing, but our little spot feels a bit more grounded than the huge glass buildings you see near the main roads. It is just a straightforward office where we handle all the work that comes through. We have been here long enough that we know all the local delivery people and the best spots to get a quick bite. The office itself is functional and a bit lived-in. We have our computers and our files, and that is about it. We do not spend much time worrying about how the place looks to outsiders. We are more concerned with getting the daily tasks finished on time. Gurgaon can be a stressful place with all the traffic and noise, but once we are inside and the fans are going, it is pretty peaceful. Most of us have our own little ways of staying busy, whether it is organizing the latest reports or catching up on emails. We do not have a big reception area or a lot of staff to greet people. Usually, someone just looks up from their desk when the door opens. It is a very normal, everyday kind of workplace. We appreciate the fact that we are in a residential area because it feels less like a grind. We just do our jobs and try to stay out of the chaos of the city.
