Our main spot for mail and correspondence is Hno B 124 in Surya Vihar. We are right opposite the police post in Sector 4 of Gurgaon, which makes it very easy to give people directions. Premier Recruitment Solution is basically about helping people find their way into new jobs. It is a busy little office because Gurgaon is always growing and companies are always looking for people. We get a lot of resumes coming through, and we spend most of our time looking at them and talking to candidates. The office isn't very big, but we make it work. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a few people come in for meetings at the same time. Being near the police post means it is a pretty safe and recognizable landmark for anyone visiting from out of town. We have been in this sector for a while and have seen Gurgaon turn from a small place into this huge city. It is a lot of work to keep track of who is hiring and who is looking, but we have got our system down. We don't use any of those big fancy recruitment softwares; it is mostly just us, our phones, and our computers. We try to be helpful to everyone who reaches out, though it gets hard when the volume is high. It is a basic office, no frills, just a lot of work happening every day to keep things moving along.
