Pratham Mobile Shop

Pratham Mobile Shop is located at number 4 on New Railway Road. This is a busy street with a lot of traffic, which is good for a shop like ours. We sell mobile phones, but mostly we deal with the smaller stuff like repairs and accessories. People drop their phones all the time, so we see a lot of cracked screens and broken charging ports. It is a small shop, and sometimes it gets a bit dusty with the road right outside, but we keep it going. I have been here for a few years now. The New Railway Road area has changed a lot, but we are still in the same spot. We have a glass counter where we keep the latest models we have got in stock. It is not a huge selection like those big malls, but we carry the things people actually use. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to use the backup, which is just how things are here. We do not have a fancy dress code; I usually just wear whatever is comfortable for sitting at the repair desk all day. We talk to a lot of different people, from students to older folks who need help figuring out how to send a photo. It is a simple business. We open up in the morning, sweep the floor, and wait for the first customer. It is not complicated, and we like it that way because it keeps things easy for everyone.
