Our office is located in Gurgaon at the Pwo Housing Complex, which is right in Sector 43. We are in C3 304. One of the main things people use to find us is the Amity School, which is very close by. Because of the school, the mornings and afternoons can be quite chaotic with buses and parents everywhere. It adds a bit of life to the area, though. Gurgaon is always changing, with new buildings going up all the time, but this sector feels a bit more established. Our space is functional. It’s an apartment converted into a workspace, so it has a kitchen and a small balcony. We mostly use the rooms for different departments. It’s not like those big corporate offices in Cyber City with the glass walls and free coffee. We make our own tea and focus on the technical details of the power grid. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we handle it in a very low-key way. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or any of those motivational posters. We just have our files, our computers, and our coffee mugs. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Most of the people working here have been with the company for years, so it feels more like a family than a business. We just keep our heads down and get the job done.
