We operate out of unit 1301 in the San Marino Apartments, which is in Sector 45 of Gurgaon. It is a high-rise building, so we are way up there, away from the dust of the street. Being in an apartment complex means our workspace feels a bit different than a traditional office building. We have a kitchen for making coffee and a balcony where we can see the Gurgaon skyline, which is always changing with new buildings going up. The atmosphere inside is usually pretty quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate on our reports or the data we are handling. We have converted the main rooms into workstations. It’s not a place where you will find marble floors or a receptionist at a front desk. We usually just buzz people in from the main gate of the complex. The security at San Marino is quite thorough, which is good for us. We have our equipment and computers set up where they fit best. Sometimes it feels a bit like a home office that grew a little too big, but we like the comfort of it. Sector 45 is a decent area, and there are enough shops nearby to grab a quick lunch. Most of our days are spent right here, looking at screens and talking through what needs to be done. It’s a functional space for a small group of people who just want to do their work.
