Pdcor Ltd Il Fs

Our place is at 1125 29 in Krishna Colony, Sector 7, Gurgaon. We’re right opposite Arya Public School, so we hear the school bells and the kids playing during recess quite clearly. It’s a bit of a change from the typical corporate sectors of Gurgaon with all their glass buildings and shiny elevators. Our office is much more down-to-earth and quiet. We’ve been here for a good while, and we like being in a real neighborhood where people actually live. The office itself is pretty basic—desks, chairs, a few filing cabinets, and a lot of paper stacked up. We work on various things for Pdcor Ltd and Il Fs, mostly focusing on the details that keep projects moving along. We aren't the type to use marketing jargon or pretend to be something we're not. We’re just a group of employees who show up and do what’s required of us. Some days are busier than others, especially when there are deadlines looming over our heads. We usually just put our heads down and get on with it without much complaining. There’s a small shop nearby where we get our snacks, and the local tea seller knows us by name. It’s that kind of place. We don't have a fancy mission statement on the wall; we just have our daily to-do lists. It’s honest work in a regular part of town, and that suits us just fine. We like the stability of it all.
