Our office is based in Gurgaon at House No 730/E/2, right near Jyoti Hospital in Patel Nagar. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it feels a bit more relaxed than the big commercial hubs in the rest of Haryana. We’ve been using this house as our base for quite a while now. It’s got a small front area where we park our bikes and a few rooms inside that we’ve turned into workspaces. It’s not your typical high-rise Gurgaon office, which suits us just fine. We prefer the local feel of Patel Nagar. Most of us live within a few kilometers, so we see each other around the neighborhood even when we aren't working. The day usually involves a lot of phone calls and sitting at computers, mixed with the occasional trip out to meet people or look at sites. We have a kitchen where we make tea and someone usually brings in some food to share. It’s a very informal way of working. We don't have any big missions or slogans on the walls. We just want to do a decent job so we can keep going. The area around Jyoti Hospital is always busy with people coming and going, so there's always something to look at out the window. It’s just a normal place where we come to do our daily work.
