We’re located in Flat No 402 of the Surya Apartments over in Sector 55. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs in Gurgaon. Outsource Partners International is the name on our door, though most people just know us as the folks in 402. Running a business out of an apartment has its quirks, like the occasional sound of neighbors or the lift being slow during the morning rush. We have turned the main rooms into workspace. There’s enough light coming through the windows to keep us from feeling stuck inside all day. We aren't a massive corporation with a glass building; we're just a small team handling our daily business. We’ve got our computers set up and a table where we can sit and talk through things. Gurgaon can be a stressful place to navigate, so being in Sector 55 is a bit of a relief. We don't have any flashy signs or a big lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably just find us working through emails or sorting out some spreadsheets. It’s a very hands-on environment. We take care of our own cleaning and make sure the bills get paid on time. It’s honest work in a space that feels more like a home than a sterile office. We like the independence this setup gives us. It’s worked out well for us so far, and we plan to stay and keep things simple as we go.
