We’ve been set up over in Sector 44 at Wellington Estate for a while now. O R M Consultants Pvt Ltd is the name of our little firm. Most of the time, the office is pretty quiet with just a few of us working on various project files. It’s a good spot in the city, easy to get to, but not too loud. We don’t have a massive team or anything, just enough people to handle the consulting work that comes our way. The office is basically a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of notebooks. We spend a lot of time on calls or just thinking through problems for the people we work with. It isn't a flashy corporate office with glass walls; it’s more of a practical place where we can actually get things done. Some days we are out meeting folks and other days we are just here at Wellington Estate catching up on emails. We try to be direct and honest when people ask for our advice. It’s a steady way to work. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit, but we’ve kept our routine mostly the same. If you stop by, you’ll probably see us buried in some paperwork or having a quick lunch at our desks. It’s just how we run things here. There is always a lot to do, so we just keep moving forward.
