Nsw India Ltd. is located at Plot 43-44 in Sector-34, right in the Ehtp area. It’s a big plot, and we use every bit of it for the operations we run. Being in an industrial-style zone like this means there is always something happening outside, trucks moving or people working on other plots. Our building is pretty straightforward, mostly open spaces and some partitioned areas for the tech work. We spend our days dealing with various technical requirements and making sure the inventory is where it belongs. It’s a lot of physical work combined with looking at technical specs. The floors are concrete and the lighting is just standard overhead stuff. We don't have a fancy reception area. If someone comes by, they usually just walk in and find whoever they need. We’ve been here long enough that we know all the neighboring businesses and the guys who deliver the water. It gets pretty hot in the summer, but we have some fans that keep the air moving. Most of us have worked together for a long time, so we don't need to talk much to know what needs to be done next. It’s a steady rhythm of working, taking a break, and getting back to it. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to make sure everything leaves the building in good shape. It is a no-nonsense environment and that is exactly how we like it.
