I started this shop on Sohna Road a while back. It's usually busy with people coming in for recharges or phone repairs. We have different chargers and cases scattered around the glass counters. Some days it's just me here, other days a friend helps out when it gets too crowded. People from around Gurgaon stop by when their screen breaks or they need a new SIM card. It gets quite dusty with the traffic outside, but we keep things moving as much as we can. We don't have a big fancy office, just a simple counter and some stools for people to sit. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait a bit to process payments. It's a small place, really. We've seen a lot of phones come and go over the years. Most people know us by now because we've been here for a good amount of time. If you walk down Sohna Road, you'll see our sign. We try to keep things simple and just get the job done. Sometimes we run out of a specific cable, and I have to go out and get more from the supplier. It's just a regular shop where we help people with their mobile stuff. Nothing too complicated about it. We stay open until late evening most days, unless something comes up and I have to close early. It’s a decent life here and we like being part of the neighborhood.
