Nextag

Nextag is up on the first floor of 6419 in DLF Phase 4. Gurgaon is a fast place, but our little corner here feels a bit more grounded than the rest of the city. You have to climb the stairs to find us, and once you're inside, it’s mostly just the sound of keyboards clicking and people talking softly about their tasks. We deal with a lot of data and digital stuff, so most of us are glued to our monitors for most of the day. The light from the window is really nice in the winter, but in the summer we have to keep the blinds pulled tight against the sun or the glare is too much. It’s not a huge space, but it fits what we need for now. We usually go out for lunch to one of the nearby stalls or bring something from home to eat at the back table near the fridge. Working in DLF Phase 4 means there is always something happening outside, but we stay focused on our work. There isn't any fancy decor or expensive furniture here, just sturdy desks and decent chairs that help us get through the long hours. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and the office feels different then, much quieter and cooler. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of this building and the people who work in the other units around us. It’s a practical place for us to run the business without too much fuss. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done.
