Being here in Gurgaon, especially in the UppalS Southend area, means things move pretty fast around us. Our office is a practical space. We don’t go for anything too flashy because we spend most of our time staring at files and talking to people on the phone. Madhuri Bisen handles a lot of the coordination here. It’s a busy environment most days. We chose this spot because it's easier for folks to find us without getting lost in the massive office blocks nearby. It feels a bit more like a community here. We have our desks set up in a way that makes sense for the work we do. It’s quiet inside compared to the noise of Sohna Road, which is nice when we need to focus. We’ve been at this for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. New buildings go up all the time. Our routine stays mostly the same, though. We show up, deal with the consulting work that needs doing, and try to make sure everything is in order before the day ends. It is just a straightforward office where we get things done without making a big fuss about it.
