We’re based out of House Number 606 in the Sarawati Vihar Housing Board Colony in Gurgaon. Ketchup Media is a small team working out of this house, which makes for a pretty relaxed atmosphere. It doesn't feel like a typical office because it’s actually in a residential neighborhood. We have our workstations set up in what used to be the living areas. Most of the time, we’re busy with digital content, editing, or just brainstorming ideas for the next project. The name Ketchup Media always gets a few laughs, but it’s just something we stuck with. Gurgaon is a fast-paced place, but being in the housing colony keeps us a bit away from the main chaos of the high-rises. We’ve got some basic gear, a few decent cameras, and computers that we’re constantly upgrading. Sometimes we work late into the night when we have a project due, and other times it's pretty slow. We aren't big on formalities here. Most of us wear jeans and t-shirts to work. We handle a bit of everything when it comes to media, depending on what the client is looking for that day. It’s a local business through and through. We know the people at the corner shop, and they know us. We just like making things and helping people get their message out there without all the typical corporate nonsense you find in the bigger agencies. It’s a simple life and we enjoy the creative work we get to do.
