We are based out of 705 Ms 6 in Kendriya Vihar, which is in Sector 56 of Gurgaon. It’s a different vibe than the busy markets because it’s a bit more settled here. Modern Radio House India Pvt Ltd operates out of this space, and it’s mostly where we handle the administrative side of things and some light work. The room is a bit small, and we have a lot of files taking up the corner space. Gurgaon has grown so much around us, but this little spot stays pretty much the same. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything. Mostly, we just get on with our daily routines. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets. It's not a high-tech lab, just a normal office with some desks and a water cooler. We know the neighbors around Sector 56 well. Usually, we grab tea from the stall nearby in the afternoons. It’s a practical setup. We don’t go in for big presentations or anything like that. We just do the work that needs to be done each day. Sometimes the light in the hallway flickers, but we’re used to it. It’s a decent place to work and we’ve been here for a bit.
