We’ve been working out of Gurgaon for a while now, specifically over at Blossoms 1 in Today Homes. Dealing with land and development isn't always pretty, it's a lot of running around and making sure things actually get built right. Our office is at A 235. It’s a busy spot but we manage. People come in asking about plots or what’s happening with new projects in the area. We try to give them straight answers without the usual sales talk you hear everywhere else. Gurgaon has changed so much since we started. Sometimes the traffic is a nightmare getting to the office, but that’s just how it is here. We focus on the practical side of things. If someone needs to know about a piece of land, we look into it. There’s no big secret to how we work. We just show up and do the job every day. It’s mostly just us handling the paperwork and talking to contractors. Sometimes things take longer than expected because that’s just how development goes. We don't make big promises we can't keep. If you're looking for our place, it's easy to find once you're in the Blossoms area. We’ve seen the neighborhood grow up around us. We’re just local people doing local work in the real estate sector. It’s hard work but it keeps us busy and we like the community here. It’s a real place with real people working hard every single day.
