Minnd Solutions Pvt Ltd is located in Gurgaon, specifically at A-271 in Kendriya Vihar, Sector 56. Now, Sector 56 is a pretty well-known part of the city, and Kendriya Vihar is this massive residential complex. Working out of an apartment-style office like A-271 gives things a very different feel than those shiny buildings in Cyber City. It is more relaxed here. You see people going for walks in the park inside the complex while you are looking out the window. The pincode on the address is 110002 which is actually for Delhi, even though we are clearly in the Gurgaon area, which is just one of those funny little errors that stay on the paperwork. The commute can be a bit of a pain because of the traffic on the Golf Course Extension Road, but once you get inside the gates of Kendriya Vihar, it is actually quite peaceful. Our office does not have any of those modern open-plan designs. It is just rooms with desks where we get our work done. We usually have lunch together in the small kitchen area. There is no corporate culture here to speak of; we just know each other well and work side by side. We do not have any big goals of changing the world; we just want to finish our projects on time and get home before the evening rush hour gets too bad. It is a decent, quiet place to spend the day.
