We operate Mercer India Pvt Ltd out of House No 187 in Block No 11. This is in Geeta Colony, Delhi. It’s a bit of an older neighborhood, which gives it some character. The office is basically just a house that we’ve converted into a workspace. It feels very different from a standard office building. We like the homey feel of being in Geeta Colony. Block No 11 is a quiet enough area most of the time. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors know us. There isn't any big sign on the door, just House No 187. We come here every day to handle our work for Mercer India Pvt Ltd. It’s a very simple setup. We don't have a lot of corporate rules or a fancy dress code. We just get the jobs done. The commute isn't too bad for most of the staff. Geeta Colony has a lot of history, and we are just a small part of its current life. We spend our days at our desks, taking care of business. Sometimes we step out for tea at the local shop on the corner. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't need a skyscraper to do what we do. This house in Block 11 is just right for our team. It’s honest work in a real neighborhood. We like the trees on this street too.
