We work out of the second floor at U, 36/46 in DLF-III, Gurgaon. It is a busy spot, as you would expect from this part of town. The office is mostly just rows of desks and people with headsets on. We handle media planning and buying, which is a lot of looking at spreadsheets and talking to vendors all day long. Gurgaon can feel a bit soulless sometimes with all the glass buildings, but our office has its own little rhythm. We have a coffee machine that gets a lot of use and some old chairs that have seen better days. It is a lot of data work, trying to figure out where ads should go and how much they cost. We do not really do the creative side; we are more about the numbers and the placements. The team here is a mix of people who have been around for years and some newer faces. We usually eat lunch at our desks while we are finishing up a report or something. It is not a glamorous life, but it is interesting enough if you like puzzles. We stay in DLF-III because it is where all the action is for our industry. There is always a new deadline or a last-minute change to a plan, so we just stay focused and get through the pile of work on our desks every day. It’s just how things go here.
