You can find Mckinsey Knowledge Centre at 1142 Sector 37 in Noida. It is a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main commercial hubs. We have been using this space for a while now. The building is just a standard place, nothing too flashy or modern. Inside, it's mostly rows of desks and people concentrating on their screens. We do a lot of data work and support functions here. Sector 37 has a decent amount of greenery around, which is nice when you step out for a break. The commute isn't too bad for most of the staff, though the traffic near the main roads gets heavy during rush hour. We don’t really do big meetings with clients here; it’s more of a back-office environment where the real work happens. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have new people starting, but we manage to shift things around to make it work. The lighting isn't always the best in the back corner, but nobody complains much. We keep a stash of biscuits and coffee in the small pantry. It’s a very routine sort of life at this address. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and head home. There isn't any corporate branding all over the walls. It’s just a group of people working together in a regular Noida neighborhood. We like it that way because it keeps things simple and focused on the tasks.
