Mckinsey Knowledge Centre Mckinsey Company Gurgaon is located at 108 04 in the Silveroaks Apartments in DLF Phase I. It’s another one of our spaces tucked away in a residential complex. Being in Silveroaks means we are right in the heart of Gurgaon, but away from the main road noise. The office is located in one of the apartment units. It’s not very big, so we have to be careful about how we use the space. We have desks squeezed into the rooms and a small table for when we need to discuss something. It’s a very informal setting. Most people here are busy with research and data entry. We don't have any big branding or marketing materials on display. It’s just a place where work happens. The apartment complex has some nice green areas, which is a good change of pace from the dusty streets outside. Sometimes the elevators are a bit slow, but we don't mind the wait. We have a small pantry where we keep the kettle and some snacks. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. There are no fancy suits or corporate speeches here. We just come in, sit down, and try to get through the day's tasks as best as we can. It’s a quiet, functional environment that suits the type of work we do. We like the fact that it feels more like a home than a sterile office building. It makes the long hours feel a bit shorter.
