Mckinsey Knowledge Centre India

Mckinsey Knowledge Centre India is based out of C1 39 Sf in Ardee City, which is part of Sector 52 in Gurgaon. This area has a lot of houses and some small commercial spots mixed in. Our office is on the second floor, and it’s a fairly simple setup. We don't have any large signs outside, so you have to know where you're going to find us. The office itself is quite functional. We have a few rooms where the team sits. It’s mostly quiet work, with everyone focused on their own tasks. We don't have a lot of meetings, so there’s not much talking. Sometimes we hear the neighbors or the traffic from the road nearby. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, which makes moving furniture in and out a challenge. We have a small corner for making tea and keeping our lunch boxes. The windows look out over the rooftops of other houses in Ardee City. It’s not a view of the skyline, but it’s okay. We’ve been here for some time now and have settled into a comfortable rhythm. There isn't any fancy decor on the walls. We just have what we need to get our research and data work finished every day. It’s a very local, down-to-earth kind of place. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the office; we just want a steady place to work where we can stay organized and productive.
