We’ve been based at B 159 in Sushant Lok 3 for a while now. It’s a quiet enough spot in Gurgaon, though the traffic on the main road can get pretty bad during the morning rush. Most of us just show up, grab a coffee from the little machine in the corner, and start going through files. The office isn't anything fancy, just some desks, a lot of cords under the tables, and windows that let in a decent amount of light. Sometimes the power goes out, but the generator kicks in eventually. We know the neighbors fairly well, at least well enough to wave when we’re heading out for lunch. There’s a small shop nearby where we get snacks when the afternoon slump hits. It’s just a normal workplace with people trying to get their tasks done before the sun goes down. We don't really have big meetings with fancy slides all the time. Mostly, it’s just us talking over the partitions or sending messages to the person sitting three feet away. Elizabeth Morrison B 159 isn't hard to find once you know the turns. It feels like a lived-in space. The carpet has some stains from old tea spills, and the printer usually jams at least once a day. That’s just how it goes here. We keep things moving and try to stay out of the heat. It’s not much, but it’s our daily reality.
