Mckinsey Company

Mckinsey Company is located in Silver Oaks Apartments, specifically 101 34 in DLF City Phase One. It’s an apartment complex, so we have to follow the society rules about visitors and parking. Our office is on the lower floor, which makes it easy to get in and out. It’s a pretty standard apartment layout that we’ve turned into a workspace. We use the living room as the main hub and the bedrooms for storage and private calls. It’s a bit strange to work where people usually live, but it’s actually quite cozy. We have a view of the inner courtyard and the walking path. You can see people walking their dogs in the evening while we finish up our last tasks. The kitchen is still there, so we have a full fridge and a stove, which is better than most offices. We don't have a corporate lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You just ring the bell and one of us lets you in. We handle a lot of administrative work here. It involves a lot of checking and re-checking figures. Sometimes we get distracted by the sounds of kids playing outside, but it’s a nice distraction. We like the security of being in a gated complex. It’s a quiet, safe place to focus on the work we have to do every day. We just keep things moving.
