Mckinsey Company

Mckinsey Company is on the 1st floor of G 11 7 in Block G of DLF City Phase 1. Gurgaon has changed a lot, but this area still feels a bit more established. Our office is above a small shop, and you have to go up a narrow set of stairs to reach us. It’s not a huge space, but we have enough room for the five of us. We have some old wooden desks that have been moved around a lot. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to get around to it. We're too busy with the actual work. The air conditioner is a bit noisy, especially in the peak of summer, but it keeps us cool enough to think. We can hear the traffic from the main road, but after a while, it just becomes background noise. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one by the door. Most people who come here already know where we are. We spend most of the morning catching up on emails and the afternoon dealing with the physical paperwork. It’s a lot of data and keeping things in order. We don't have fancy coffee machines, just a jar of instant and a kettle. It works for us. We like the location because there are plenty of places to grab a quick paratha for lunch. It’s just a normal, busy office.
