We've been at A 104 in Sanskriti Appts for a while now. Sector 43 is a busy part of Gurgaon, but inside the complex, it’s actually pretty quiet. Most days, we just come in, get the coffee started, and settle into the desks. It isn't a massive fancy setup, just a regular office space where we handle things for Mckinsey Company. The windows look out over the parking area and some trees. Sometimes the lift acts up, so we take the stairs. It keeps us moving I guess. We have a few people who have worked here for years. We know the local guys at the tea stall outside the main gate quite well. It's a decent place to work. You get used to the sounds of the city but it doesn't bother us much. We try to keep the files organized but things get messy when we're busy. There's always something to do, whether it's paperwork or answering calls. The afternoon sun hits the front room quite hard, so we usually keep the blinds down around 3 PM. It’s just us doing our daily work in this corner of Gurgaon. Nothing too complicated about it. We like being in this neighborhood because everything is close by. If we need something from the market, it’s just a short walk. That makes life a bit easier for everyone here. We don't have a big reception area or anything, just some chairs and the main work tables.
