We’re based out of 215 Ews Silver Oaks in DLF Phase 1. Gurgaon is a pretty fast-paced place, but this little corner of Phase 1 feels a bit more grounded. The office is in an EWS flat, so it’s quite small and cozy, if you want to call it that. We have a couple of desks squeezed in and there isn't much room for anything else. The Silver Oaks complex is quite large, so we often have to give people directions over the phone to find our specific block. It’s a straightforward setup. We don’t have a receptionist or a waiting lounge. If you come by, you’ll probably find us hunched over our laptops or on the phone. The area around here is nice because there are trees, which is a bit of a change from the concrete towers in the rest of Gurgaon. We handle our Mckinsey Co operations from this spot without any big corporate drama. Sometimes the power goes out, but we have a backup to keep things going. It’s just a normal place where work happens. We keep the files organized as best as we can in the limited space we have. There’s a small kitchen area where we make our own coffee. It’s practical and simple, which is exactly how we like to run things here. There is no need for anything extra when the work gets done just as well.
