Mc Kinsey Knowledge Center

We are located at 100 15 Silver Oaks in DLF Phase I, Gurgaon. The name on the office is Mc Kinsey Knowledge Center. Gurgaon is a fast place, but being in Silver Oaks feels a bit different than the huge glass towers in Cyber City. It’s a bit more settled. Our office here is where we do a lot of the background work. It’s mostly just people at computers, looking at data and writing things down. We don’t have a big fancy lobby with a fountain or anything like that. It’s just a regular workspace with desks and a lot of coffee cups. Sometimes the power goes out in Gurgaon, and we have to wait for the generators to kick in, which is just part of living and working here. We’ve been at this Silver Oaks address for a bit now. It’s a good spot because it’s not too far from the main roads but it’s still quiet enough to actually get some thinking done. We don't really do much in the way of advertising ourselves. People who need to find us usually know where we are at 100 15. We just show up, do the work, and try to avoid the worst of the traffic on the way home. It’s a pretty simple way to run things, and it works for us. Just a bunch of people in an office in DLF I, making sure the knowledge center stays running smoothly every day.
