We are set up in Gurgaon at 671 Sector 31. This area, 122002, has grown so fast over the last decade, but we’ve stayed in our spot here through all the changes. At Matrix Cellular Int Serv Pvt Ltd, we focus on international cellular services. That means a lot of our work involves helping people who are traveling abroad or need to stay connected across different borders. The office is pretty functional and basic. It’s not one of those fancy glass towers you see in other parts of Gurgaon. It’s more of a practical space for work. We have desks, phones, and a lot of power cords running everywhere. The team here stays busy coordinating with different providers and making sure the sims and data plans are actually working for the customers. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication on the computers. Sometimes the systems are slow, and we just have to wait it out, which can be a bit frustrating for everyone involved. We don't use a lot of corporate talk here. We just tell people what’s possible and what’s not with their phones. Most of us have been doing this for years, so we’ve seen all the common problems that pop up with roaming and international networks. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and technical support. We usually have tea together in the afternoon when things quiet down for a few minutes. It’s just a normal workplace with people trying to keep things running smoothly for travelers.
