Marketrx

Our office for Marketrx is up in Flat No 1402 of Ivory Court IV. That is inside the Essel Towers complex on M G Road in Gurgaon. Since we are all the way up on the 14th floor, the view of the surrounding area in Haryana is actually pretty good. M G Road is always packed with cars and noise, so being up here helps us think a bit better. We do market work, which mostly involves looking at data and trying to help folks see where things might be going next. It is a residential building, so the office feels more like a home than those sterile glass buildings you see elsewhere. We have a couple of big wooden tables where everyone sits together. The kitchen is always busy because we drink way too much chai during the day. The 122002 area is very central, so it is easy for us to go out for meetings if we really have to. But mostly we just stay inside and get the work done. Sometimes the lift takes forever to arrive, but that is just part of living and working in a high-rise. We are a small team and we have been at Essel Towers for a while now. There is no big neon sign on the door, just the flat number. We like keeping things low-key. It is a practical way to run things without all the extra fluff you find in big corporations.
