Our office for Marketrx India Pvt Ltd is actually in an apartment building, Flat No 804 at Royal Presidency. It is right near the Delhi Public School in Sector 45 of Gurgaon. It is a bit different from a standard office block, but it works well for our team. It feels a bit more like a home, which makes the long hours a little easier to handle. Being near the school means it gets pretty lively around drop-off and pick-up times, so we usually hear the kids and the buses outside during the day. Gurgaon is always growing, and Sector 45 is a busy part of it. Inside the flat, we’ve converted the rooms into workspaces. It’s a tight-knit group here. We don’t have a big reception desk or anything like that. You just walk in and everyone is right there working on their laptops. Sometimes we cook something small in the kitchen or just order in from one of the local spots. It’s a very informal setup compared to the big offices downtown. We’ve been here long enough that the guards at the gate know us all. It is a practical way to run things without all the extra noise of a massive corporate building. We just focus on what needs to be finished. It’s a honest, small-scale environment where we just get on with things.
