Our office for Market Access Solutions Pvt Ltd is located in the Gharonda Apartments, specifically 10 B, in Sector 56 of Gurgaon. Sector 56 is a bit different from the high-rise office parks you see in other parts of Gurgaon. It feels more grounded and a bit quieter, which we like. Working out of an apartment building gives our daily routine a very different feel than a typical corporate job. We have our desks set up in the main rooms, and it’s a tight-knit group of us working there. We don't have a big sign or a fancy lobby, so people usually have to look for the apartment number to find us. Most of us have been working together for quite some time, so there’s a lot of joking around and a very casual atmosphere. We handle market solutions, but we do it in a very straightforward, human way. There aren't any big speeches or complicated rules here. We just come in, get to work on our projects, and try to make sure everything is handled properly. During lunch, we might go out to one of the local markets in Sector 56 or just eat together in the kitchen area. It’s a very simple existence. We don't feel the need to look like a big multinational company because we are happy with our small, efficient setup here in Gurgaon. It’s a practical place for practical work, and that suits us just fine.
