If you're looking for us, we’re located in Gurgaon at House Number 1547, Gali Number 6. We’re right near AVR Public School in Rajiv Nagar. It’s a pretty lively area, especially when school lets out. Our consultancy is run by Shailesh Kumar, and we spend most of our time helping people get into BPO jobs. If you’ve ever worked in a call center, you know how it is. We help with the initial steps, like training or just getting the interview lined up. The office is usually full of young people hoping to start their careers. It’s a bit cramped sometimes, but we make it work. We have a few computers and some chairs for people to wait in. There’s always someone talking on a headset or practicing their English. It’s not a quiet place, that’s for sure. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s just us helping folks find a path into the industry. Gurgaon is full of these kinds of opportunities, but it can be hard to know where to start if you’re new. We try to give people practical advice, nothing too formal. We’ve seen a lot of people come through these doors and go on to do well. It’s rewarding in its own way, even when the days are long and the street outside is a mess of traffic and noise.
