Our setup is located over in HHB Colony, Sector 55 in Faridabad. Specifically, we're at House Number 2394 A. It’s a bit of a residential area, so it’s quieter than being right in the middle of a commercial hub. We spend most of our time dealing with staffing needs specifically for the Xerox operations around here. It’s a lot of coordinating between people who need work and the specific requirements of the tech and printing side of things. I wouldn't say there's a lot of glamour in it. It's mostly checking IDs, verifying details, and making sure people show up for their shifts on time. We’ve been at this spot for some time, and the neighbors all know us. The office itself is just a regular place where we keep our records and meet people who are joining the team. Sometimes the heat in Faridabad gets to us, but we keep the fans going and get through the paperwork. It’s practical work. We don’t go in for big speeches or fancy presentations. If someone needs a job and they fit what Xerox is looking for, we help them get through the door. It takes up most of our day, from early morning until the sun goes down. We're just a small part of a much bigger chain, but we take care of our little corner here in Sector 55.
