We are Manish Consultants and you can find us at Flat No 9 in Jubilee Apartment. This is over in Sector 15 of Gurgaon. Working from an apartment feels much better than those cold office buildings they have in the city center. It’s more relaxed here. We have set up some desks and computers in the main room. It is a quiet place where we can actually think and get through the paperwork. I started this because I saw people struggling with all the complicated rules and forms they have to deal with. We don’t pretend to know everything, but we have a lot of experience with the local stuff. People come here for advice on all sorts of things. We just sit in the chairs, have some water or tea, and look at what needs to be done. It’s not a high-pressure environment at all. The building is a bit older, and sometimes the parking is a bit of a hassle, but it’s home for the business. We don't have a big sign outside or anything. Usually, people just know we are in Flat 9. It’s a very practical setup. I like being in Gurgaon because everything is moving so fast, but I also like that our little corner in Sector 15 stays pretty steady. We just take things one client at a time and try to be as helpful as we can without making things complicated.
