This place is located at House Number 210 in Bhim Nagar, right here in Gurgaon. It’s a bit different from those huge glass buildings you see in the main city parts. We’re in a more residential-feeling area, which is nice because it’s a little quieter most mornings. We handle travel stuff, mostly just sorting out bookings and helping people figure out where they’re going. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular space where we keep our files and computers. Usually, there’s a couple of us here drinking coffee and trying to stay on top of all the requests that come in. Bhim Nagar is a busy neighborhood, so there’s always something going on outside the window. We’ve got a small team here. It’s not like those corporate offices where nobody knows each other's names. We know who likes their tea with extra sugar and who prefers to work in silence. Sometimes the internet slows down when it rains, but we manage. People stop by sometimes to ask questions about their trips, and we just try to help them out as best as we can. It’s a straightforward job and we like the location because it’s easy to get to. We don't have any flashy signs or anything like that, just the address on the door. It is a humble workplace and we are just regular folks doing our daily tasks.
