We have our office set up at 183 C in Mianwali Colony over in Gurgaon. It’s a relatively quiet street compared to the busier parts of Haryana. We spend our days trying to find jobs for people and helping companies fill their empty spots. It involves a lot of time spent on the phone and looking through piles of resumes. Sometimes we have people coming in for interviews, so we try to keep the chairs arranged neatly, even if the office itself is a bit small. We aren't some massive corporate recruitment firm. We’re just a local spot where we can put our heads down and work. Gurgaon is a huge hub for all kinds of industries, so there is always some news or a new project starting up. We probably drink way too much coffee just to stay focused during the quieter hours of the afternoon. Our furniture is a bit worn out, but it’s comfortable enough for us. We don't use any high-tech systems, just basic lists and a lot of talking to people to see where they might fit best. We have been based in this colony for a few years, and it feels like a second home to us now. We know the guys at the tea stall around the corner quite well. We just try to help people get a paycheck and keep things moving along. It’s basic, honest work.
