We’ve been operating out of this spot in Sector 23, Gurgaon for a good while now. It’s a house, H No 2734, which makes the whole vibe a lot less stiff than those glass buildings you see over in Cyber City. Mafoi Management Consultants Ltd isn't trying to be something it’s not. Most days, it’s just us sitting around desks, handling the usual consultancy work, answering emails, and trying to keep things organized. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it stays pretty quiet, except when the school buses go by or the local vendors come around. It’s a decent place to work. Sometimes the internet acts up or we run out of tea bags, but we manage. People stop by looking for advice on hiring or career stuff, and we just sit down and talk it through. There isn't a fancy reception area with a waterfall or anything like that. Just some chairs, a few old files, and a lot of coffee cups. We know the neighbors, and they know us. It feels like a real part of the community here in 122002. We aren't big on those polished presentations that take weeks to make. We’d rather just get the work done and go home to our families. If you’re looking for us, look for the gate near the corner; it’s easy to miss if you aren't paying attention. It is just a normal office where we do our best for the people who walk in.
