M S Unitech Limited

We are located on the first floor at C R Park in New Delhi. The office is actually listed under Mr. S R Bhowmick's name, but we have been running M S Unitech Limited from here for quite a while now. It’s a busy neighborhood, and the building is older, but it serves us well enough for what we do. You have to walk up the stairs since there isn't a big elevator or anything like that. Inside, it’s mostly just desks piled with folders and a few computers that have been around for a few years. We don’t really bother with any fancy office decor or anything like that because we are too busy getting through the day's work. The street outside is usually full of people and cars, so it can be pretty noisy, but you get used to the sound of Delhi after a while. Most of our day is spent making sure the Unitech projects are moving forward. It’s a lot of coordination and checking on things. We are a small crew, so everyone knows how to do a bit of everything. We don't have a big HR department or anything corporate like that. We just come in, do our hours, and try to get everything finished before it’s time to head home. Sometimes we stay a bit late if something urgent pops up, but mostly we just stick to a regular routine.
