You can find Laurent And Benon at House No 212 A in the A Block of Sushant Lok, Gurgaon. It is a residential area, so our office is actually a house. We like it this way because it feels more relaxed than those big office parks. There is a small garden area in the front, though we do not always have time to look after it properly. Inside, it is just a regular house converted into a workspace. We have desks in what used to be the living room and bedrooms. It is a bit of a maze with all the files and equipment we have lying around. Gurgaon is a loud, fast place, but inside A Block, it stays a little quieter. We do not have a big corporate lobby or a security guard at a desk. You just come to the door. We are not a huge team. We mostly just focus on our daily chores and keep things moving. We do not have a big mission statement on the wall. We just try to finish what we started. Sometimes we eat lunch together in the kitchen area. It is a very informal atmosphere. We do not wear suits or follow strict corporate protocols. We just do our work in a way that makes sense to us. It is a practical use of space in a good part of town. We have been here for a bit and it feels like a good fit.
