Our office for Ladder Automation Solutions Pvt Ltd is tucked away in Phase 1 of Udyog Vihar at C 20. If you know this area, you know how the traffic can get during the morning and evening shift changes. We spend a lot of our time looking at control panels and different automation parts. It is mostly just us working through technical drawings or testing out some new software on the bench. The building itself is not anything special to look at, just a standard spot in the industrial estate. We started here because it is close to a lot of the factories we deal with on a regular basis. Some mornings start with a quick meeting over tea, and then we just dive into the projects we have going on. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, but we have some decent cooling inside to keep things moving. We keep a lot of spares and components in the back room, so it is always a bit of a maze back there. People stop by sometimes to ask about sensors or how to fix a glitch in their systems. We do not really do big presentations or anything formal. Usually, we just sit down, look at the problem, and try to figure out a way around it. It is a lot of troubleshooting and making sure the wiring is tucked in properly. It is a good group of people here.
