C 1573 in Sushant Lok Phase 1 is where we spend most of our time. It’s a pretty green area of Gurgaon, which is a nice change from the dusty construction you see in other parts of the city. Our Kpmg team has been in this spot for a while, and we’ve gotten to know the rhythm of the street. Usually, it’s pretty quiet in the mornings before the rest of the neighborhood wakes up. We don’t have any big signs out front or anything like that. It’s just a regular building where we do our daily work. Inside, it’s a mix of old files and computers that have seen better days. We try to keep things organized, but on busy weeks, the desks get a bit cluttered with papers and coffee mugs. There’s a small park nearby where some of us go for a quick walk when the weather isn’t too punishing. The internet goes out sometimes when it rains hard, which is just part of living in Haryana, so we just wait it out and talk. It’s a humble place, honestly. We don’t really do the whole corporate polish thing here. We just like to get the work done and head home to our families. It’s a decent place to be, and the people are alright, which is what matters most when you’re working long hours and dealing with the usual daily stress.
