We’ve been here at S 52 4 in DLF Phase 3 for a while now. Most people know this part of Gurgaon is always a bit of a mess, especially during the morning rush when everyone is trying to find a spot to park near the building. Our office is up on the 2nd floor, which isn't too bad of a climb if the lift is acting up again, which happens more than we'd like. It’s a pretty standard setup, nothing fancy or modern. We spend most of our days here at Kpmg just trying to get through the mountain of work. You can hear the sounds from the street below, cars honking and people shouting, but we’re used to it by now. The windows don’t exactly block out all the noise, but that’s just how it is in this neighborhood. Lunchtime usually means someone heading out to grab something quick from one of the small shops nearby or just sitting in the cramped break area with a tiffin brought from home. It’s mostly just a group of us trying to stay organized while the overhead fans hum in the background. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles when the Haryana summer really kicks in, but we manage with what we have. We don’t have any big speeches or slogans on the walls. It’s just desks, old computers, and a lot of tea. People come in, do their bit, and head back out to the Gurgaon traffic.
