Our office is located at C 24A, specifically on the 2Nd Floor, in Sushant Lok 1. If you know Gurgaon, you know how this area feels. It is a mix of residential houses and small offices tucked away in the lanes. Climbing those stairs to the second floor every morning definitely keeps us awake. The space inside is functional. We have got our chairs, desks, and a small area where we keep the kettle for tea. It is not a silent place; you can hear the traffic from the main road nearby and the occasional construction noise which seems to never end in this city. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking through various projects. It gets quite hot in the summer months, so the air conditioning is usually working overtime. We have our routines, like who gets in first to open up and who stays late to finish the last bit of filing. It is a straightforward setup. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. People who come here usually know exactly why they are visiting. We just try to stay on top of the workload. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. It feels like a real place where people put in effort without any of the corporate fluff you see in the bigger districts.
