We are set up in House No 121, Sector 14 in Gurgaon, which is where Kline India Research Consulting Pvt Ltd operates from. It’s an interesting spot because it’s a house that we’ve turned into our workspace. This gives it a much more relaxed feel than those big glass towers you see in other parts of Gurgaon. We like it this way. The rooms are filled with desks and computers, and we have a lot of files stacked up in the corners. Our work involves a lot of research and consulting, which means we spend a heavy amount of time on the phone or typing away at our keyboards. Being in Sector 14, we are close to the main markets, so there is always a bit of life right outside our door. We don't go in for all that corporate talk. We are just a team of people trying to make sense of different industries. Some days the internet is slow and we all complain together, other days things run perfectly. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall; we just have a calendar with deadlines. It's a very human way to work. We know our neighbors and we know the local food stalls where we get our snacks. It’s just a normal office where we do our best to stay on top of the research projects we have on our plate every single week.
