We are based in Gurgaon, specifically at R587 in Jalvayu Vihar, which is in Sector 30. It is a bit of a residential area, so it is much quieter than the big office complexes you see near the highway. We go by Kinapse India, and we have a small team of people who come here every day. Our office is not a big glass tower. It is a functional space that feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We have our desks set up in different rooms, and we spend most of our time working on computers. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We do not have a dress code or a lot of formal meetings. Usually, we just talk to each other across the room when something needs to be discussed. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and eat our lunch together. Sector 30 is a nice place to be because there are trees around and it does not feel so crowded. Sometimes the internet goes down or the power cuts out, which is just part of living and working in Gurgaon. We do not have any big slogans or promotional talk. We just focus on getting our tasks done and providing a good service to the people who need it. It is a practical and honest way to run a business, and we prefer it over the big corporate life.
