Kent Ro & Waterpurifier Shoppe

Our shop is the Kent Ro & Waterpurifier Shoppe, and you can find us in Gurgaon Village South City 1 Market 1. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but once you are in the market, we aren't too hard to spot. We’ve been in South City 1 for a while now. The market is a lively place where everyone knows everyone. We aren't a big showroom with bright lights and salesmen in suits. We are more of a practical shop where you can see the machines and talk to someone who actually knows how to take them apart. Most of our days are spent talking to locals about their water issues. Every house seems to have a different problem, so we have to stay on our toes. We keep a good stock of various parts and filters because nobody wants to wait a week for clean water. It’s a local operation, run by people who live nearby. We don't have a corporate office somewhere else; this shop in Market 1 is it. We handle the sales, the repairs, and the regular maintenance ourselves. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic when three people walk in at once with different questions, but we manage. We just like being part of the village and the market community. It’s a good place to be, and we plan on staying here and helping out as long as people need us.
