Keane

Keane is over in Ghaziabad, specifically at R 10 E 6 in New Raj Nagar. It’s a residential-feeling area but we do our business here. Uttar Pradesh has its own rhythm, and we are part of it. The office isn't much to brag about. It’s just a place where we keep our stuff and get things done. We don't have a big team. It’s just a few of us. We've been here for some time now, and the neighbors know us. We don't do anything flashy. Keane is just the name on the door. We handle the daily grind like everyone else. Some days the phones don't stop ringing, and other days it's quiet enough to hear the clock ticking. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just have a calendar and a list of things to do. New Raj Nagar is a busy place, and there’s always something happening on the street. We just stay focused on the work in front of us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with corporate talk. This is just a local business trying to keep things moving. We just try to be honest and do the job we said we’d do. It’s not complicated. We drink a lot of tea and work through our pile of tasks. That’s what a day at Keane looks like. We just keep things running and try to stay organized through the chaos.
