Kalra Electronics & Communication

Our shop is located at Khandsa Road 635/17. We started Kalra Electronics & Communication because we wanted to have a place where people could come for their basic tech needs without any fuss. The shop isn't very large, but we pack a lot into it. You will find us mostly surrounded by boxes of mobile chargers, headphones, and different types of cables. The air usually smells a bit like soldering metal because we spend a lot of time fixing small gadgets that people bring in. Khandsa Road is always noisy with bikes and trucks, so there is never a quiet moment here. We see all kinds of people every day. Some just need a new screen protector put on while others have more complicated issues with their devices. We don't have a team of experts, just a couple of us who have learned how things work by taking them apart and putting them back together. Sometimes we get frustrated with the slow internet, but we keep going. It is a bit cramped inside, especially when three or four customers come in at once. We don't use any fancy systems to track things, mostly just a pen and a notebook. It’s a simple way of working that seems to suit the people in this neighborhood. We are just here to help folks get their electronics working again so they can get on with their day. We don't bother with fancy ads or big slogans, just the daily work.
